I just heard that Belle has a history with Merida. That we will see this in a flashback. The question is when would it take place? To me, there are only two posiibilities, if she isn't one of Rumple's customers. That Belle met her some time, before meeting Anna, or after she was evicted by Rumple, but before she met Dreamy/Grumpy in that tavern. Which would you prefer?

Actually, I'd love if Merida was one of Rumple's customers. Doesn't it sound just perfect, if Merida went to him, instead of that witch, asking for him to change her mother. That he gave her the potion that turned her into a bear? What if Belle was leaving the dark castle just as Merida was about to enter for her deal. And Merida caught up with her on the road?
